There are many approaches to understand the art and science of meditation. Our approach is through Naturality. Naturality is to live according to our nature. The naturality approach is neither religious nor spiritual but natural; means after learning the basics of meditation techniques and practices you can discover your unique way of meditating according to your natural personality. It’s the easiest way to practice meditation. The goal is to become free from fear and guilt and live with peace, passion, and bliss. In Naturality the inner nature meets the outer.

From the Naturality point of view, meditation is relaxation, awareness, and expansion of awareness. The practice of meditation promotes emotional healing and can be helpful for those suffering from a variety of acute and chronic health problems including stress-related disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. As the practice deepens, we discover our natural self and inner guru and eventually experience an expansive mind and stillness.

Naturality is an open, flexible, and ever-evolving system of teachings that help us to understand the root cause of life’s problems as well as find the solutions within us. Guided by certain core learning and practices, individuals can begin the adventure of self-exploration. By walking on the Naturality path, we build a healthy identity and discover our Inner Guru to guide us through a complex world. We eventually discover our Natural self and live fully.

Whether you are a practitioner of meditation or a beginner, this program will deepen your own meditation practice, and will also enable you to teach meditation to individuals and groups.

Naturality Meditation Teacher Training Program is approved by the Canadian Yoga Alliance for Registration as a 100hr Certified Meditation Teacher.

CERTIFICATION

The program will end exactly after the 24th Zoom call. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and be registered as a 100 hr Certified Meditation Teacher through Naturality. Naturality is registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Upon completion, you are eligible for registration and are able to obtain insurance for your teaching.

SCHEDULE

During the 24 weeks of training, we will have 24 scheduled group Zoom Video Conferencing that help to progress through the topics and practice teaching. The calls are every Sunday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm EST. If you are unable to attend, they will be recorded for you. COURSE OVERVIEW

We have divided the Program 8 Modules and each Module Includes theories, teaching practices, breathwork, and meditation practices. There will be 3 Zoom calls for each Module. We cover everything from the Biology and psychology of Meditation to creating your own Guided Meditations in 24 sessions. For each week, there is a Practicum component. Guidance will be provided to help you with this component. The practicum is designed in such a way to help you integrate your learning and develop your skills as a teacher through the creation of Meditation Scripts and hands-on Teaching in our zoom sessions. Your last 3 practicums will be used for the final assessment of the program. You have an option to present the last 3 to your other participants in the program or to the audience of your choice. Audio or video recording (phone quality) need to be provided.
