Meditative Art for Healing

5 Session Program    

Mondays 6:30- 9:00 pm

This workshop is for meditators who want to learn a fun way to meditate and experience deeper healing and balance in their lives.

Through these sessions, you will learn to use art and meditation to go within the body, increase its energy, set deep intentions, and experience the present moment and meditative state. Meditative Art for Healing

Sundays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

In this workshop you will be invite all modes of selfcare to bring the body to a balanced state for experiencing the harmony between mind and body. You will learn how to activate your inner creativity and increasing the life energy to gain access to your inner wisdom and nourishing energy of the body. You will explore art as a healing tool to tap in to your creative energy in order to live a fulfilled life. No experience is needed. Science of Breathing and Body based meditations for Healing 

(Online Meditation Workshops)

Sundays 1:00-3:00 pm

In this 2 hr. workshop, you will learn the biology and science of breathing and body-based meditation. You will discover various techniques for calming your nervous system, connecting to your body and experiencing peace and wellbeing. Breathing and Body-based meditations are directly related to our emotions, and they are gifts of nature to use to release the trapped energy due to trauma or intense fear.
